Skins
Beginner FriendlyIndividual GameLow net per hole wins one skin. Ties roll forward.
What is this game?Eighteen tiny bets — one per hole. Every hole has one skin on the line. The lowest net score takes it. If two or more players tie for the lowest, the skin rolls into next hole, and the pot grows. Someone wins it eventually — or hole 18 ends tied and the skins die.
How do you win?Beat every other player's net score on a single hole. You don't need to win the round — you just need to win the most holes outright. Tied holes don't count for anybody until one player breaks the tie on a later hole.
How is money calculated?Every skin is worth one unit (you set the dollar amount in the wizard). Win a skin and every other player pays you for it — but you also pay for every skin THEY win, so the number that matters is skins won versus skins awarded. Win fewer than your share and you finish down even though you won holes. Zero-sum across the field — winnings and losses always balance to $0.
ExampleFour players, $1/skin. Holes 1–4 all tie. Hole 5: Cannon wins outright with net 3 → he takes 1 + 4 carried = 5 skins. Bobby wins hole 6 (+1 skin). Six skins awarded. Cannon +$14, Bobby −$2, the other two −$6 each. Bobby won a hole and still finished down: he collected $3 for his skin and paid $5 into Cannon's five.
Money$ per skin (default $1).
The rules- One skin per hole: Whoever has the lowest NET score on a hole wins that hole's skin.
- Ties carry forward: If two or more players tie for the lowest net, the skin rolls to the next hole. Two-way and three-way ties all carry the same way.
- Settlement math: For every skin you won, every other player pays you one unit. For every skin you didn't win, you pay one unit to the winner. Zero-sum — winnings always balance to $0 across the field.
- Carryouts: If hole 18 ends tied, that skin (and any carried-in carryovers) drop out of the pot — nobody collects. No re-shootout in v1.

Beginner FriendlyThree bets: F9, B9, Total. Each a separate match.
What is this game?Three bets stacked on one round. Front 9 is its own match. Back 9 is its own match. Total 18 is its own match. You can lose the front and still win the total by steaming back on the back nine — that's the whole point. Played as teams (2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 with eight players), each team's BEST net ball on a hole is the one that competes — one ball per team, the lowest.
How do you win? Each segment is a match-play bet: lowest net on each hole wins that hole — in a team game, your team's best net ball is the one that plays. Whoever wins more holes than they lose in a segment wins that segment. Tie a segment, push (no money changes hands).
How is money calculated?Your stake is per segment. A $5 Nassau means up to $15 swing per opponent across the round ($5 front + $5 back + $5 total). Win all three → +$15. Lose all three → −$15. Split → +$5 / 0 / −$5 etc.
ExampleTwo teams, $5 Nassau. Each hole, your team's best net ball plays theirs. Team A takes the front 9 (+$5), Team B the back 9 (−$5), and they tie the total (push). Net: $0 swing for the round.
Money$ per side — front, back & total each pay (default $5).
The rules- Three independent matches: F9, B9, and Total are scored separately. You can lose the F9 and still win the Total if you steam back on the back nine — that's the whole point of Nassau.
- Per-hole match play: Same as Match Play within each segment. Lowest NET wins the hole — in a team game your team's best net ball is what counts; ties halve. The winner of each segment takes the stake from the loser. Halved segment = push.
- Total max wager: A $5 Nassau means $5 × 3 = up to $15 total on the line (winning all three) and $15 max loss (losing all three). The wizard's stake label notes this.
- Presses — open a new bet anytime: Anyone on either side can tap the 🔥 Press button in the chat header during a live round. Opens a new bet at the SAME stake, running from the current hole to the end of that segment. F9, B9, and Total can each be pressed independently. The original bet still runs in parallel — pressing adds to the action, doesn't replace it. There's no acceptance step; etiquette is on you. Multiple presses per segment are allowed. Convention: the trailing side presses once it falls 2 down — Turnt nudges you there, but the button is always live, whatever the score.
- How presses settle: Each press is its own little match scored exactly like the original Nassau segment — lowest net on each hole wins the hole. At segment end, every open press settles independently. A halved press pushes. Press on hole 5 of the F9 → new bet over holes 5-9; whichever side wins more of those 5 holes takes the press money.
- Needs exactly 2 sides: Like Match Play, Nassau is fundamentally 2-side (1v1 or 2v2). Pick exactly two — anything else and the module shows "no settlement." Skins or Stableford handle N sides cleanly.

Individual GameAdvancedBeat your quota each six — pools pay by place; ties share place money. 😈
What is this game?A points-quota game cut into three 6-hole pools — front 6, middle 6, back 6. Each six you earn GROSS Stableford points and race a personal target: round((36 − your course handicap) ÷ 3). Your handicap is baked into the quota, not the holes. Pools pay multiple places on points over quota; ties share the combined place money.
How do you win?In each six your score is gross Stableford points minus your quota — a plus, even, or minus number. Most over quota wins first place; roughly the top third of the field cashes. Ties share the combined place money. Crush your quota on the front and still bank it even if the back gets away from you.
How is money calculated?You ante the same amount into each of the three sixes (total buy-in = 3 × the ante). Each six's pool = ante × players, paid by place on the quota differential: ~4 players → 75% / 25%, ~8 players → 62.5% / 25% / 12.5% (a $40 pool → $25 / $10 / $5). Ties split the combined place money.
ExampleA 16 course handicap → quota = round((36 − 16) ÷ 3) = 7 points a six. Card 9 gross Stableford points on the front six → +2 vs quota. An 11-handicap (quota 8) who cards 8 is even. The +2 ranks above even for that six's place payouts.
Money$ ante per six (default $5).
The rules- Your quota (know it before you tee off): Each six you chase a target: round((36 − your course handicap) ÷ 3) points. A scratch needs 12 a six; a 16 needs 7; a 23 needs 4. Your score for the six is gross Stableford points minus that quota.
- The point grid (gross Stableford): Per hole vs par, GROSS (no strokes): eagle 4, birdie 3, par 2, bogey 1, double+ 0. Your handicap never touches the holes — it only sets your quota. A blow-up hole stops at 0.
- Pay by place: Each six is a pool (ante × players) paid to whoever is most OVER quota — roughly the top third. 4 players: 75/25. 8 players: 62.5/25/12.5. Biggest plus-points takes the biggest slice.
- Ties split: Tied on quota differential for a place? Combine that place's money with the next and split evenly. Two tied for 1st split 1st + 2nd; the next takes 3rd.

Team GameBest 3 net per hole · three sixes · low team net takes each pot.
What is this game?A team low-net game built for a big group split into teams. Each hole, your team's best 3 NET scores add up. The round is three separate six-hole matches — holes 1-6, 7-12, and 13-18 — and the team with the lowest net over each six takes the whole pot for that six. Works with any number of teams.
How do you win?Post the lowest team net over a six and you win it. Each six is its own pot, so a team that limps through the opening six can still steal the middle or closing six and get paid.
How is money calculated?Every team antes the stake into each six's pot. The lowest team net over those six holes wins the ENTIRE pot — your ante back plus everyone else's. Three sixes, three pots; they settle independently and add up. A tie for low is settled on the hardest hole — the six's hardest handicap hole first, then the next, until one team is lower; that team takes the whole pot.
ExampleThree teams of four, $5 a six. Holes 1-6: Team A is low net → A wins the $15 pot (+$10; the other two −$5 each). Holes 7-12: Team B steals it. Holes 13-18: Team C closes strong. Everyone bags a six → back to even, but every six had something on it.
Money$ per six (winner takes the pot) (default $5).
The rules- Best 3 net per hole: Each hole, your team's three lowest NET scores are added into the team total. Bring four or more and your worst ball each hole gets dropped.
- Three six-hole matches: The round splits into holes 1-6, 7-12, and 13-18. Each six is scored and paid on its own — lowest total team net over those six holes wins it.
- Winner takes the pot: Every team antes the stake into each six. The lowest team net takes the entire pot for that six. A tie for low is broken on the hardest hole — the tied teams are compared on the six's hardest handicap hole, then the next-hardest, until one is lower, and that team takes the whole pot.
- Any number of teams: Two, three, four teams — however your group splits up. The more teams in, the bigger each six's pot.

CompetitiveHole-by-hole. Lowest net wins it; ties halve. Best of 18.
What is this game? Two sides go head-to-head, hole by hole. The lowest net score on a hole wins it. Tie? The hole halves — nobody gains. Whoever is "up" by more holes than there are holes left wins the match.
How do you win?Win more holes than your opponent before the round can mathematically catch up. "3 & 2" means you're up 3 holes with only 2 left to play — match over, no need to finish the round. If you make it to hole 18 still in it, whoever's ahead wins.
How is money calculated?Single stake for the whole match. Whoever wins the match collects the full stake from the loser. Halved match (tied through 18) → push, no money.
ExampleBobby vs Cannon, $10 match. Through 13 holes Bobby is 4 UP with 5 to play — Cannon can't catch up. Match ends 4 & 5. Cannon pays Bobby $10. The remaining 5 holes don't matter for this bet.
Money$ per match (default $5).
The rules- Per hole: Lowest NET score wins the hole. Tie = halved (neither side gains). NET means after strokes given from course handicap.
- Running differential: After each hole the leader is "N UP" — meaning they have won N more holes than the opponent. A halved hole leaves the differential unchanged.
- Dormie + close-out: DORMIE = leading by exactly the holes remaining. WON 4&3 = the match ended on hole 15 because the leader was 4 UP with 3 holes left. Once it is won, remaining holes still get played (and scored for handicap purposes) but don't affect the bet.
- Settlement: Winner gets the stake from the loser. All-square or halved match = push, no money moves. Just one bet — no F9/B9/Total split (that's Nassau).
- Presses — open a new bet anytime: Anyone on either side can tap the 🔥 Press button in the chat header during a live round. Opens a new bet at the SAME stake, running from the current hole to hole 18. The original match still runs in parallel. There's no acceptance step; etiquette is on you. Multiple presses are allowed.
- How presses settle: Each press is its own little match scored exactly like the parent match — lowest net per hole over the press's range. At hole 18, every open press settles independently. A halved press pushes. Press on hole 12 → new bet over holes 12-18.
- Needs exactly 2 sides: Match Play is fundamentally 1v1 (or 2v2 in team mode). Pick exactly two sides — anything else and the module just shows "no settlement." Skins is the right pick when you want N players in a single game.

Team GameTwo teams · best net ball · three matches: Front, Back & Overall
What is this game?A best-ball NET game between two teams of any size, scored as points the way clubs run member-guests. You're playing three matches at once — Front 9, Back 9, and the Overall 18 — and every hole counts in TWO of them: the nine you're on and the full-18 match. Win a hole (lower team net) = 1 point in each match it feeds; tie = ½ each. The winner of each match also gets a +1 bonus. Because every hole always scores, a blowout never ends it early.
How do you win? Most total points wins. You're banking points in three matches at once — Front 9 (9 up for grabs), Back 9 (9), and the Overall 18 (18) — so 36 hole points are in play, plus a +1 bonus for winning each match. Steal a nine you're trailing overall and you still pocket those points.
How is money calculated? You pick the stakes when you set it up: Points only (just a leaderboard, no money), $ per point (your total-point lead × the stake), or $ per segment (a flat bet on each of Front/Back/Overall, Nassau-style).
ExampleTeam A wins the Front 5–4 and the Back 5–4 — and since every hole also feeds the Overall 18, A takes that 10–8 too. All three matches: 20 hole points + 3 bonuses = 23 to Team B's 16. At $1/point, Team A is +$7.
Money$ per point (or per match — you pick) (default $1).
The rules- Best net ball: On each hole only the LOWEST net score on each team counts, no matter how many golfers are on the team.
- Points per hole: Lower team net wins the hole = 1 point. Tie = ½ point each. Every hole scores — there are no close-outs, so all 18 always matter to the finish.
- Three matches at once: Front 9, Back 9, and the Overall 18 each run as their own match. Every hole scores in its nine AND in the Overall 18, so a hole you win banks a point in two matches — 36 hole points are in play across the three.
- Bonus per match: The winner of each match — Front, Back, and Overall — gets a +1 bonus point. Tie a match on points and it's settled on the hardest hole (hardest handicap hole first, then the next). Most total points wins.
- Pick your stakes: Points only (no money), $ per point (total-point difference × stake), or $ per segment (flat bet on each of Front/Back/Overall). Set it in the round wizard.
- Two teams (any size): Built for exactly two teams, with any number of golfers on each side.

Beginner FriendlyIndividual GameBirdie 3, par 2, bogey 1 — net scoring on the R&A grid.
What is this game?A points game. Every hole earns points based on net score vs par. Birdie = 3, par = 2, bogey = 1, anything worse = 0. Eagle = 4. Albatross = 5. A blow-up hole is worth zero — you just move on. Most points at the end wins.
How do you win?Score the most points across all 18 holes. Net scores count, so a player with handicap strokes can post a "net birdie" on a hole they actually bogeyed. One disaster hole costs you the same as a bogey (both = 0 / 1 point) — that's why high handicaps love it.
How is money calculated?Every point above the field average is worth (N − 1) × the stake; every point below costs the same. Stake is per point. Zero-sum across the whole field.
Example4 players, $1/point. Final points: Cannon 38, Bobby 35, Chris 32, Brian 30. Average = 33.75. Cannon is +4.25 → +$12.75. Brian is −3.75 → −$11.25. Bobby and Chris settle in between.
Money$ per point (default $1).
The rules- The point grid (R&A canonical): Net score vs par per hole: albatross+ = 5, eagle = 4, birdie = 3, par = 2, bogey = 1, double bogey or worse = 0. NET means after strokes given from your course handicap.
- Bad holes can't ruin a round: A blow-up hole stops at 0 — you can't shoot negative. This is why Stableford encourages aggressive play: the downside is capped.
- Head-to-head settlement: Every pair settles on the point difference × the stake. Each point above the field average is worth (N − 1) × stake; each point below is worth -(N − 1) × stake. Zero-sum across the field.
- No junk on top: Stableford already rewards birdies and eagles in the point grid. Stacking junk would double-count. Pick a ball-count game (or Skins + Junk) if you want junk.

What is this game?A team net game: the number of net scores your team counts depends on the hole's PAR — 3 on par 3s, 4 on par 4s, and 3 on par 5s. The lowest team total wins the Front 9, the Back 9, and the full round — three separate segments, so a team can drop the front, win the back, and still split the total. Junk, Low Side, and the Birdie Draw are optional side games you set up in the wizard. Junk runs on a separate points ledger; each round picks which pieces count and what they're worth.
How do you win?Post the lowest team net in a segment to win it. Front 9, Back 9, and Total each pay on their own — win one, win all three.
How is money calculated? The stake rides three ways — Front 9, Back 9, and Total settle independently and sum at the end. Any side bets you switched on — Junk, Low Side, Birdie Draw — settle on top as their own pots.
Example$5 a side, two teams. Team A wins F9 (+$5), Team B grabs B9 (+$5), Team A grinds out the Total (+$5). Add a $1 Birdie Draw and a $1 Low Side and there's something on the line for everyone, every hole.
MoneyScoring legs: F9 · B9 · Total.
The rules- Counted balls per hole: The number of net scores your team counts depends on the hole's PAR — 3 on par 3s, 4 on par 4s, and 3 on par 5s.
- 3-segment payout: Front 9, Back 9, and Total each pay their own side. Cannon's standard is even money on all three.
- Side bets: Junk points (birdies, sandies, greenies…), Low Side (lowest individual net on each nine), and the Birdie Draw are optional add-ons — switch them on and set the ante in setup.

Team GameTeam Lo-Net — best 3 net per hole, all 4 on holes 1/9/10/18. Low team net wins Front 9, Back 9, and 18.
What is this game?A team net game: each hole your team counts its best 3 net scores — but ALL 4 count on holes 1, 9, 10, 18 (the "bookends"), so the whole team has to show up on the start, turn, and finish of each nine. Team GameTeam Lo-Net — counted balls cycle 1-2-3 by hole. Low team net wins Front 9, Back 9, and 18.
What is this game?A team net game: the number of net scores your team counts changes hole by hole — the cycle runs 1, then 2, then 3, repeating through 18 — so every few holes the whole team has to show up. The lowest team total wins the Front 9, the Back 9, and the full round — three separate segments, so a team can drop the front, win the back, and still split the total. AdvancedIndividual GamePick a partner after their tee shot—or take on the whole pack.
What is this game?Exactly four players, and the teams change every single hole. One player is the Wolf, tees off first, then watches the other three hit — one at a time. After each tee shot the Wolf either grabs that player as a partner right there or passes, and once the next player hits, the one before is gone for good. Take a partner and it is 2-vs-2. Take nobody and it is you against all three, for double.
How do you win?Lowest NET best ball wins the hole. Partnered, that is the better of your two net scores against the better of theirs. Alone, it is your net score against the best net of the other three — so going solo means beating everybody, not just somebody. Tied holes push and nothing carries over.
How is money calculated? You collect from every player you beat, so the pot scales with how outnumbered you are. Partner holes pay 1× — each winner takes the stake off each loser (two players each way, so ±2 units). Lone Wolf pays 2× against all three, so the Wolf swings ±6. Blind Wolf — called before the Wolf hits their tee shot, sight unseen — pays 3×, a ±9 hole. Every hole settles on its own and always sums to zero.
ExampleYou are Wolf, you like Sam’s drive, you take him. Sam makes net 4 and the other two make net 5 — you and Sam each collect the stake from each of them. At $1 a point that is +$2 apiece for you and Sam, −$2 apiece for them. Had you gone Lone Wolf and won the same hole, it would have been +$6 for you and −$2 from each of the three.
Money$ per point (default $1).
The rules- Four players, teams change every hole: Wolf needs exactly four. The Wolf rotates through the tee order — 1st hole is the first player, 2nd hole the second, and so on around the group. You can set that order when you start the round.
- The Wolf tees first: That is what makes the game work: the Wolf hits, then watches the other three, deciding in real time whether the shot they just saw is good enough to partner with.
- Pick right now, or lose them: After each player tees off, the Wolf takes that player immediately or passes. Once the next player hits, the passed player cannot be chosen anymore. Pass on all three and you are the Lone Wolf by default.
- Net best ball decides it: Each side counts its lowest net score on the hole. Partnered is 2-vs-2; going alone is 1-vs-3, where the whole field’s best net is what you have to beat. Handicap strokes apply exactly as they do everywhere else in the app.
- The bite: 1× · 2× · 3×: Partner = 1×. Lone Wolf (passing on everyone) = 2×. Blind Wolf — declared before the Wolf even tees off, without seeing a single shot — = 3×. Ties push; no money moves and nothing carries.
- Holes 17 and 18 go to whoever is losing: 18 holes does not divide evenly by four, so a straight rotation would quietly hand the first two players an extra turn each. Instead the last two Wolves go to whoever is furthest behind, which doubles as a comeback shot. Ties fall back to the normal rotation order.
- Fix a mistake any time: Tapped Lone Wolf when you meant to take a partner? Go back to that hole and change it — every total, live and final, recalculates from scratch. The app will not let you finalize with a hole that has scores but no matchup set.

Beginner Friendlyno moneyScore for fun. No bets, no junk.
What is this game?A round with no money on the line. Use Turnt Golf as a scorecard + chat for the foursome — track scores hole by hole, get the running totals, talk trash, no betting math.
How do you win?Low gross or low net at the end of 18, depending on what your group cares about. The app tracks both.
How is money calculated? No money. This is for groups who want the scoring + chat experience without a bet, or for warming up with a new foursome before committing to a game.
ExampleSaturday morning, three buddies and a guest. Nobody knows the guest's game well enough to bet. Pick Just Golf — score normally, see who shoots the lowest at the end, decide if next time is on for money.
MoneyNo money — handicap tracking only.
The rules- Just play: Standard stroke play scoring. No teams, no junk, no payouts — the round exists so you can use the scorecard and chat without committing to a money game.

Skins
Side pot for holes won outright — gross or net, your scope.
What is this add-on?A side pot alongside your main game. Every hole won OUTRIGHT (one player/side strictly lowest) is a "skin." Choose gross or net, and settle it as one whole-18 pot, separate front-9 / back-9 pots, or all three (Nassau-style). Optional carryover pushes a tied hole's skin to the next hole.
How is money calculated?Everyone antes the same into each pot you turn on. At the end: pot ÷ skins won in that pot = the value of each skin, and you collect for every skin you won. Fewer skins → each one's worth more. A pot with no skins refunds its antes.

Chip Chase
Collect the good. Pass the bad. Chips move all round.
What is this add-on?Chips for golf moments — good/green (eagle, birdie, sandy, chip-in, greenie, 1-putt), bad/red (8-ball, lucky 7, tree, water, 3-putt, OB, lost ball), plus the gold Beer Cart. Each chip chases the last person to do the deed: you hold it until someone else does the same thing, and whoever's stuck holding it at the end settles up.
How is money calculated?Every money chip is worth the same flat amount. Hold a GREEN chip at the end → everyone pays you. Hold a RED chip → you pay everyone. Eagles, birdies and blow-ups derive from your score automatically; tree/water/OB get a quick tap. The gold Beer Cart is just for fun — it rides along on the par 3s (furthest ball holds it) and whoever ends with it buys a round, no app money.

Junk / dots
Classic dots — a separate points ledger, set per round.
What is this add-on?The classic dots side game. Junk runs on a separate points ledger; each round picks which pieces count and what they're worth. Toggle it on alongside any main game in the wizard.
How is money calculated? Each junk point has its own dollar value, separate from the main-game stake. Settle the points head-to-head (or as a pot) at the end.
