By using Turnt Golf (“the app”) at turntgolf.com you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app does

Turnt Golf is a golf scorecard for private golf groups. It tracks rounds, computes handicaps, keeps live standings, and tallies your group's scoring so nobody has to do the math.

Turnt Golf is a scorekeeping app. It does not process payments or handle money of any kind — it only keeps score. Players are responsible for following applicable rules and laws.

Account responsibilities

• You're responsible for any activity on your account.
• Don't use the app to harass other players or send abusive messages in the chat.

SMS / messaging program

Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to use Turnt Golf. If you opt in — by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website or in the app — you agree to receive recurring text messages from Turnt Golf related to your account and rounds: game invites, score and round updates, and occasional beta updates. These are transactional, account-related messages.

• Opt-out: you can cancel at any time by replying STOPto any message. We'll send one confirmation and you will receive no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@turntgolf.com.
• Frequency:message frequency varies based on your activity and your group's rounds.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee score accuracy, handicap calculations, or scoring calculations. Use your own judgment for your group's scorekeeping.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing the contact below. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
